the best room.

A 90 m² pool house and two 70 m² houses, set among olive groves between the mountains and the Libyan Sea. Balconies, terraces and long views over the valley, with the south coast a short drive down the road.

Each house is booked on its own. Come as a couple, a family, or bring friends and take two.

Two matching houses in one building, each with two balconies, a full kitchen and a table for six. Book one, or both for two families travelling together.

Good to know

Before
you come.

Check-in and check-out
Check-in from 16:00, check-out by 11:00. We usually meet you and hand over the keys in person, in Greek, English or Albanian.
Minimum stay
Two nights. No cleaning fee.
Housekeeping
Cleaning, fresh towels and fresh bed linen every three days.
House rules
No smoking, no parties and no pets.
Families
Children and babies are welcome. High chairs in Houses One and Two, a cot at the Pool House.
Cancellation
Free up to 30 days before arrival. 50% charged from 30 days, 100% from 14 days.
Parking
Private parking at every house.
Access
The route to Houses One and Two is not step-free. Ask us before booking if access matters for your group.
